PURCHASING RULES

1. Definitions:

1.1. Seller - www.cannapaceus.com

1.2. E-shop - the e-shop with the website address: www.cannapaceus.com

1.3. Buyer - a person who orders or purchases goods from the E-shop.

2. General provisions

2.1 These Terms and Conditions are a legal document to which both the Seller and the Buyer must adhere. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions of the contract of sale and the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

2.2 The Buyer who purchases goods in the E-Shop must be a natural person of legal age or a legal person acting under an authorised representative.

2.3 The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during registration.

2.4 When registering, it is necessary to provide your contact telephone number, e-mail address, shipping method, address or post office address.

2.5 The Seller may contact the contact telephone number provided to clarify the order.

3. Ordering

3.1 The price of the Goods as quoted in the E-Shop at the time of placing an order is final.

3.2 The Buyer may purchase the Goods by registering on the E-Shop and creating an account with his/her details. Alternatively, you may purchase the Goods without registering and only by providing your name, contact details and shipping details.

3.3 In order to order goods in the E-Shop, the Buyer shall select the desired goods and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once the selection of the goods is complete, the "shopping cart" is opened.

3.4 The Buyer shall pay for the desired goods by bank transfer or via e-banking.

3.5 The order shall be executed as soon as the money is credited to the Seller's bank account.

3.6 Payment can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments can be made in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

4. Final provisions

4.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time

4.1 The Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2 Any disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
