Return guarantee!

  1. If the buyer has been sold goods of unsatisfactory quality and the seller has not discussed the defects with the buyer, the buyer has the right, within 30 days of receipt of the goods, to claim from the seller, at his option:

     1.1. to replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality;
     1.2. reduce the price of the goods accordingly;

  1. The seller determines the guarantee of the quality of the goods.
  2. Goods shall be exchanged or returned via the post office self-service terminal. The Buyer shall submit a written request to the Seller specifying the defects in the goods. The request shall be accompanied by a copy of the order or other document confirming the purchase and sale of the goods from the seller.
  3. If the buyer does not provide a copy of the order or any other document issued in accordance with the prescribed procedure, confirming the purchase of the goods from that seller, the goods shall only be replaced or the other requirements of paragraph 1 of these Rules, as specified by the buyer, shall be fulfilled with the agreement of the seller.
  4. The Goods may not be exchanged if they have been used or opened, and may be exchanged only if the packaging of the Goods has been damaged and does not meet the quality requirements.
