Is CBD oil legal to use in Lithuania?

Often, manufacturers of CBD products rely on and explain to consumers using misinterpretations of the legislation. This makes it difficult for consumers to distinguish between what is true and what is just misleading claims. The European Commission has included CBD in the category of "novelty food". This means that products that do not contain the intoxicating substance THC can be marketed and consumed.
